Izan Guevara (BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2) converted pole into victory at the Grand Prix Of Indonesia ahead of Manuel Gonzalez (Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Moto2) and Daniel Holgado (CFMOTO Aspar Team Moto2) to complete the podium. Gonzalez carries a narrow 5.5-point championship lead with 6 rounds left. It was a tough day further back, with 2 drivers failing to finish the race. Alonso Lopez (ITALJET Gresini Racing Moto2) qualified 11th but started the race from P17 after a grid penalty.
